A guided practice of deep rest that takes you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. Through breath and awareness, you’ll release tension, restore balance, and awaken a profound sense of peace and clarity within. Take part on your mat or in bed! 30 mins

A gentle, supportive practice designed for anyone with limited mobility or those spending long hours at a desk. All postures are done seated or standing using the chair for support, making yoga accessible while improving flexibility, circulation, and relaxation.

Our first Guest Expert is the wonderful Allison Timmins of Wholistic Wellbeing talking about the power of colour therapy. This will be an eye opening session on how to incorporate colour into your life in more ways than one to enhance your wellbeing.

Autumn YinFusion Retreat

Experience a deeply relaxing healing mix of hatha yoga, yin yoga, meditation, distance reiki and crystal healing on a YinFusion Retreat.

Working on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, YinFusion will aid you to completely switch off.

The hatha yoga session will be a gentle flow of yoga accessible for beginners and intermediates.

In yin yoga we hold the poses for around 3 minutes, supported by props, which helps to release tension and stress in our connective tissue.

Each session we will work with gentle crystal energy and a crystal (or crystals).

Healing distance reiki will be given out to everyone during the session.

The benefits for practicing YinFusion include:

  • Improved sleep patterns

The retreats are designed for all levels, delivered online via Zoom.  Each session is recorded and uploaded to a private Facebook group for you to rewatch for 14 days.
