Evening Exhale is a soothing practice designed to help you gently release the day. Through guided rest, breath awareness and deep relaxation, you’ll be supported to soften the body, quiet the mind and settle the nervous system—leaving you feeling calm, grounded and ready for restful sleep. The session will be either a guided meditation or a Yoga Nidra. Take part on your mat or in bed! 30 mins

A gentle, supportive practice designed for anyone with limited mobility or those spending long hours at a desk. All postures are done seated or standing using the chair for support, making yoga accessible while improving flexibility, circulation, and relaxation.

This Yearly Personal Audit is a nurturing pause in time — an invitation to gently step back, reflect, and consciously shape the year ahead.

Drawing on the expertise of my mentors, Gail will guide your through journal prompts, thoughtful references, and personal stories shared openly from both the highs and the harder moments, you’ll be supported in looking at where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you wish to go and grow. This is not about judgement or pressure — it’s about honest reflection, self-compassion, and clarity.

You’ll be given space to focus solely on you — your energy, intentions, needs, and desires — allowing insight to naturally arise. Together we’ll balance reflection with forward thinking and gentle planning, helping you identify what you want to carry forward, what you’re ready to release, and what you’d like to consciously cultivate.

You’ll leave with meaningful take-aways to continue working with beyond the session, offering guidance and support as you move into the coming months feeling grounded, aligned, and empowered.

This is your time to pause, realign, and move forward with intention.

Autumn YinFusion Retreat

Experience a deeply relaxing healing mix of hatha yoga, yin yoga, meditation, distance reiki and crystal healing on a YinFusion Retreat.

Working on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, YinFusion will aid you to completely switch off.

The hatha yoga session will be a gentle flow of yoga accessible for beginners and intermediates.

In yin yoga we hold the poses for around 3 minutes, supported by props, which helps to release tension and stress in our connective tissue.

Each session we will work with gentle crystal energy and a crystal (or crystals).

Healing distance reiki will be given out to everyone during the session.

The benefits for practicing YinFusion include:
