Evening Exhale

Evening Exhale is a soothing practice designed to help you gently release the day. Through guided rest, breath awareness and deep relaxation, you’ll be supported to soften the body, quiet the mind and settle the nervous system—leaving you feeling calm, grounded and ready for restful sleep. The session will be either a guided meditation or a Yoga Nidra. Take part on your mat or in bed! 30 mins
