Shibashi Tai Chi Set 1 is a gentle, flowing practice combining simple Tai Chi and Qigong movements to support balance, mobility, and overall wellbeing. Helping to lower stress, anxiety and tension in the body. Practised standing (or seated), this slow and mindful sequence helps calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and encourage a smooth flow of energy throughout the body. Suitable for all levels, Shibashi offers a peaceful way to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
