Week 6 - Inner Warrior

This week we bring together everything we’ve learned so far, weaving our warrior foundations and balance work into one steady, empowering flow.

Moving through Mountain, Forward Fold, High Lunge, Warrior I, Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, Humble Warrior, Side Angle, Triangle, and Warrior III, we began to feel how each posture naturally supports the next. Rather than focusing on any single pose, we explored the rhythm between them — the breath, the transitions, and the moments of grounding that keep us steady.

Flowing through all the shapes of the past five weeks allowed us to embody the strength, balance, and presence we’ve been cultivating, reminding us how far we’ve travelled on this Inner Warrior journey.
