Week 5 - Inner Warrior

Reconnecting with the stability and confidence built throughout our Inner Warrior journey. From this familiar foundation, we shifted into the challenge and grace of Warrior III — a balance pose that asks for presence, patience, and trust.


We explored multiple pathways into the shape: using the wall for support, working with blocks, keeping both feet connected to the earth, and experimenting with different arm variations. Each option offered a reminder that balance isn’t about perfection — it’s about finding steadiness in your own way.

Warrior III invited us to move with intention, lean into the wobble, and discover the quiet strength that emerges when body and breath align.
