This week we returned to our grounding warrior foundations, reconnecting with the strength and steadiness we’ve been cultivating. From that familiar base, we shifted our focus into Triangle and Pyramid Pose — shapes that invite both spaciousness and precision.
In Triangle, we explored length, lightness, and the clarity that comes from opening through the sides of the body. Pyramid encouraged us to fold inward with awareness, finding stability in structure and softness in breath.
Together, these poses reminded us that balance is found not only in strength, but in the quiet moments of alignment where everything feels both expansive and centered.
