Week 2 - Inner Warrior

Building on the strong foundations we created last week, we continue to embody stability and grace through our standing poses. This week we explore the humble warrior variations, learning that true strength also lives in softness and surrender. With Side Angle and Extended Side Angle, we open through the heart and side body, expanding our awareness and breath. Each movement reminded us that the warrior’s path is not only about power and precision — it’s about openness, and finding balance between effort and ease.
