Week 1 - Inner Warrior

We begin our journey by exploring the foundations of strength and stability. Through Mountain Pose and its extensions, we learn to stand tall, grounded, and connected to the earth — the starting point for every warrior. Flowing through Forward Fold, Halfway Lift, High Lunge, Warrior I, and Warrior II, we discover how balance and power emerge from mindful alignment and steady breath. Each pose invites us to root deeply, rise with intention, and begin awakening the quiet courage that lives within.
