This slow, strong yoga flow invited deep focus and purposeful movement, holding poses a little longer to build strength, stability, and inner awareness. We began with a gentle warm-up and a low, quietly challenging balance before flowing through grounding shapes including Lizard and leg-lengthening sequences.

The practice unfolded into a powerful Warrior series, holding an imaginary beach ball, exploring Eagle arms, and settling into a steady Standing Pigeon — all woven together with our monthly theme of Transformation and the affirmation “I see the magic.” A class to move with intention, awaken inner strength, and recognise the magic already within you.
