Helping to lower stress, anxiety and tension in the body. Practised standing (or seated), this slow and mindful sequence helps calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and encourage a smooth flow of energy throughout the body. Suitable for all levels, Shibashi offers a peaceful way to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
