
Experience a deeply relaxing healing mix of Tai Chi, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Distance Reiki and Crystal Healing on a YinFusion Retreat.
Working on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, YinFusion will aid you to completely switch off.
The Tai Chi session will be gentle mindful movement accessible for beginners and intermediates, and can be adapted to being seated on a chair.
In Yin Yoga we hold the poses for around 3 minutes, supported by props, which helps to release tension and stress in our connective tissue.
Each session we will work with gentle crystal energy (Hemitate).
Healing distance Reiki will be given out to everyone during the session.

A typical session will include:
10 minutes - Introduction
20 minutes - Journaling
40 minutes - Tai Chi
15 minutes - Break
60 minutes - Yin yoga
15 minutes - Grounding Meditation
20 minutes - Distance Reiki and Crystal Healing

The retreats are designed for all levels, delivered online via Zoom. Each session is recorded and uploaded to a private Facebook group for you to rewatch for 14 days.
